A Fletcher Sportsman 15 open sport boat and snipe roller trailer for sale. The outboard is not included in this sale but is available, this sale is for boat and trailer only as in the second picture, the reason for this is this boat will take any outboard up to 75hp and is so versatile you may want to choose a certain power for your needs. We have several outboards available but if you are interested the four stroke10hp pushes this along very nicely and is perfect for river lake and estuary use where you have a maximum speed limit. The 10hp outboard is advertised on ebay please see our other items.The Sportsman is a very stable boat, a fantastic fishing platform on which several can move around comfortably. Fletcher boats are renowned for their build quality and performance and our very popular sports boats. It’s rated for 8 adults makes a very solid fast platform for families, fishing, diving and watersports. It is also an excellent work boat with a work load of 700KG. It comes with a manual bilge pump, auxiliary bracket and boarding ladder. It’s a totally dry boat, it works very well as open boat with tiller outboards but could easily be fitted with a steering console and bench seat which it once had, and an outboard up to 75hp for a superb family day boat/ watersports boat. The trailer is a rare model, included in the price and a substantial galvanised Snipe roller trailer with a removable drawbar, great if you are limited on length for storage. The removable section reduces the length by approximately a meter enabling the boat to fit into most garages. The genuine Flotem poles are a brilliant addition and makes recovery extremely easy as you can see in the picture. We have just replaced the hubs and bearings and mudguards, it’s had recent wheels and stub axles, it’s a substantial trailer that tows really well. If you don’t need the trailer because it is going on a mooring please get in touch. selling my broom aquarius it has a 150v6 engine very powerful fun stable boat with depth gauge and fixed radio. last year at highway marine in sandwich it had an engine overhaul including carb rebuilding x3 new engine mounts(power head removal) new fuel lines new fuel filter new water separator. Plus service over 2k worth of work and runs perfectly. The negative points are the upholstery could really do with replacement as wear and tear. The side screen is cracked however this is not something that stops the boat being used its plastic not glass. The trailer is old but last year had new wheels and tyres and new bearings. Here I am selling my bayliner 2052 cuddy cruiser. Have owned the boat since 2011 and had some great times in it. Unfortunately due to work and family commitments I have neglected it for the last 4 years. Just had a new axle fitted and new wheel bearings on the trailer so it is ready to be towed away from the yard where it has been stored for the last 4 years. The last time it was used the engine was cutting out and struggled to start now and again and not being mechanically minded didn’t sort it. I’ve had a mechanic look at it since and he said the carb will need a strip down. New plugs. Fuel filter and battery. I just haven’t the time or money to spend on it. The engine is a mercruiser 30Ltr. Selling it as a non runner/project that for someone would be a great hobby and a great summer cruiser. Boat cleans up great but again I haven’t the time. Loads of receipts for repairs on the boat. Great looking boat. Pick up only.

A victim of the financial crisis in 2008, the boat has been sitting in a field for the last 10 years. The bung was left in so the boat filled with rain water, likely rending all seats and floors useless. It has since been drained so should be dry now. In all honesty, I would be surprised if the boat itself can be salvaged, although clearly it is still watertight so could be saved if completely stripped out and rebuilt. At some point, one of the windows has been smashed (pictured). EngineThe engine is a Force by Mercury 120hp two stroke outboard with hydraulic trim. This engine was a second hand replacement for the original engine, and served us well when we used the boat. Plenty of power for watersports. Broom Aquarius Speedboat for restoration. Great summer project for someone but I just don’t have the time or space. Iconic 1980’s speedboat. 14′. Been out of the water for at least 10 years.
